Regarding access control for machine tools and lifts, our device enables the management of personnel access to hazardous areas of the company. Using the personal badges provided to each employee, you can record entries and exits through any time recording system, utilizing one of the two available frequencies: 125 KHz and 13.5 MHz.

The electronic access control programming is simple and immediate, thanks to a master badge that is programmed by Tecno Più and remains available to the company manager responsible for authorizations. In this way, it is possible to ensure compliance with the authorizations issued by the company and allow access and use of the machines only to personnel who have been previously authorized.
Electronic access control for robotized islands works in a similar way. In this case as well, employees use personal badges to register their entries and exits from the hazardous areas. However, in addition to recognizing whether the operator is authorized to access the protected island, the system prevents the machine from starting until the operator presents their badge again. This prevents accidental restarts by other authorized operators who may not be aware of the operator’s presence inside the hazardous area.
